Tsunehisa Pro Damascus is a very beautiful creation from Seki, Japan. The edge is thin and made from stainless AUS-10 steel, surrounded by 32 layers of nickel damascus. The blade has been polished to a mirror finish to best reflect the beautiful patterning. The balance point is neutral, and the bolster is fully forged to rest softly against the index finger. The pakkawood handle has a slightly tapered full tang, and the knife sits very comfortably in the hand. It is a very pleasant knife that we highly recommend.

What sets this series apart from Tsunehisa Damascus?
The knives are very similar. The main difference lies in the choice of handle: this series has a full tang, while Tsunehisa Damascus has a half tang, providing a more stable feel in the hand.
